Samen met de legendarische Floem brouwden we een flinke stout waar we geroosterde
kokos en vanille aan toe voegden, waarna het bier mocht rusten op Bourbonvaten. Wat eruit
kwam is een rijk, zacht bier met een serieus karakter en een vleugje strand vibes.

Als de legendarische Floem helemaal uit het hoge noorden naar Utrecht komt, dan weet je dat er iets bijzonders gaat gebeuren. Buiten was het grijs en grauw, maar binnen veranderde de brouwerij al snel in een tropisch paradijs. Het resultaat? Een stijl die je waarschijnlijk zelden in je glas hebt gehad…
