Products can be returned without giving any reason within 14 days of ordering. The return shipment is at your own risk and the costs for this are for the consumer. Products that are returned must be unused, unworn and undamaged. Beers must of course be unopened and undamaged.
vandeStreek bier is not liable for damage to the order during delivery. We are of course happy to help you find a solution when your products arrive damaged. Please contact us by telephone (030 737 1255) or e-mail (email@example.com) and provide us with your order number and as much information as possible about the damage – preferably including a photo.
It is of course possible that your order is incomplete and products are missing. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone (030 737 1255) or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). Then we can look for a solution together.
