Techno DJ - NZ NEIPA

Some beers have a rhythm. Techno DJ doesn't float, doesn't stomp, but slowly interweaves everything like a good set does. This NEIPA from the Stereo series builds tension with New Zealand hops known for ripe fruit, citrus, and that typical, slightly resinous edge.

Wakatu sets the tone with a soft, floral vibe that you wouldn't normally expect from a Hallertau hop, but gains a completely different energy in New Zealand. Nelson Sauvin adds that grapey note, as if someone is slipping a Sauvignon Blanc accent into the mix. Rakau delivers the drop: tropical fruit, citrus, and a full aroma that makes the glass pop.
