Not every bock needs to be dark, syrupy, and sticky. Hopbock opts for a blonde character: light malts with a hint of biscuit, without caramel or heavy sweetness. This fresh base makes room for Columbus and Cascade – American hops that introduce citrus, spice, and a subtle floral edge – that's what we specifically select them for!

The bitterness of this beer is 32 IBU, which keeps the beer crisp. That's as bitter as a good German pilsner, but with more hop aroma and more to savor. No excess, no hop punch, just a clear blonde bock beer that finds exactly the right balance between fresh and full.
