Business Leader vandeStreek Oudegracht (38 hours)

Are you ready for the next step in the hospitality industry and do you have a passion for craft beer? We are looking for an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic business manager to take our food bar on the Oudegracht to the next level.

In our food bar, the vandeStreek brand and beers truly come to life. As business manager, you are the face of the establishment and responsible for the daily management of the team and the overall guest experience. During your induction period, you will get acquainted with our brewery and taproom, so you learn everything about our brand, our beers, and the brewing process. You will use this knowledge to inspire both your team and our guests.

What will you be doing?

Among other things, you will be involved in:

• Demonstrable hospitality experience, preferably in a leadership role 
• Love for or strong interest in craft beer 
• Strongly guest-oriented and quality-conscious 
• Leadership qualities and strong organizational skills
• Proactive, independent, and decisive
• Stress-resistant and flexible 

In addition:

• Daily management of the on-floor team 
• Responsible for staff planning and operational processes 
• Ensuring hospitality and quality 
• Coaching, motivating, and developing employees 
• Inventory management and cost control 
• Actively assisting in service when needed 
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the growth of the location
