TEAR-JERKER: SUNNY SOUR

Some songs start softly, slowly build up, and then suddenly leave you with a lump in your throat. Tranentrekker does the same, but as a beer. This Sunny Sour is based on the old German Gose: slightly sour, a hint of salt, and a spicy base.

Pineapple is added on top, fermented for a pure, fresh fruitiness. No sweet stickiness, but a clear aroma that floats over the melody like a warm sing-along. The kind of high note you feel, but also makes you smile.

Fruit and beer have been a golden combination for years. Hops already do it with their citrus and tropical notes, but with real fruit in the brewing process, a balance is created that is unlike anything else. This gives Tranentrekker that typical "ooh, this gets to me" kick with every sip.
