Previously, we could only bottle and can our Non-Alcoholics. Filling and then tapping low-alcohol beer from a keg carried risks. For example, yeast from beer that previously went through the same tap line could potentially become active in the low-alcohol beer and still produce more than 0.5% alcohol. By using a new technique, we have eliminated these risks and have successfully filled Playground and Fun House stably in kegs.
