Welcome to Hajé Restaurants! We're thrilled you want to learn more about the American hops we use in our vandeStreek beer. Here's everything you need to know, as you enjoy that delicious glass of beer in front of you.

American Coots

We source our American hops from the beautiful Yakima Valley in the United States. These hops bring an explosion of flavours and aromas that will elevate your beer experience. Think of fruity and citrusy aromas, spicy and floral notes, and a delightful balance between sweet and bitter. It's like embarking on a flavourful journey with every sip!

To ensure we only get the very best hops, we partner with Yakima Chief Hops (YCH). They are a grower collective based in Yakima Valley and have a great reputation in the hop world. Together with local hop farmers, they ensure that we can always use top-quality and fresh hops in our beers. This way, we know for sure that we can offer you the best taste experience.
