At vandeStreek, we brew our beers mainly with barley malt. In the final stage of the brewing process, we add a special enzyme that breaks down gluten.
But it doesn't stop there. Every batch is carefully tested in our own lab. And then we also send the beer to an independent external lab that determines whether it actually stays below the legal limit of 20 ppm. Only then does it receive the 'gluten-free' stamp and - from now on - the Crossed Grain Certification Mark on the label.
So we test a lot, often, and rigorously. So that you can enjoy with peace of mind.
Try our gluten-free beers now: Hop Art IPA and Pilsner. And as if that's not good enough, the Pilsner is also organic.

From 2025, our Pilsener and Hop Art IPA will carry the Crossed Grain trademark: the international hallmark for gluten-free products.
You don't just get that. Although we brew with barley malt, we add a special enzyme during the brewing process that breaks down gluten. Subsequently, every batch is extensively tested in our own lab and checked by an independent external laboratory. Only beers that remain well below the legal limit of 20 ppm gluten are allowed to carry the trademark.
In short: extensive testing, strict controls and no assumptions. So you can enjoy a good glass of gluten-free beer with peace of mind.
