In the 1980s, the first American breweries began to emerge that, in search of innovation, started using local hops. From there the West Coast IPA was born, a clear and bitter beer packed with hops that gives citrus tones to the beer. We also use these classic 'C' hops in our Hop Art; Columbus for bitterness, Cascade and Citra for aroma and taste. Hop Art gluten-free IPA is therefore a fresh IPA with peach and lemon flavor that comes entirely from the hops.
