EBC is the color of beer. EBC stands for European Brewers Convention. The scale ranges from yellow (10) to red (25) to black (>70).

IBU

60

International Bitterness Unit

IBU is the bitterness of beer. Dutch pilsner is approximately 15-20 IBU, while a West Coast IPA can quickly reach 60 IBU. IBU is always in proportion to the alcohol percentage of the beer, so a heavy beer with high IBU can still taste sweet because the maltiness overpowers the bitterness.

The story

Hard Pour

After installing a nitrogen generator in the brewery with which we carry out numerous processes on the brewing floor, it was only logical to also put the nitrogen in the beer. You probably know beers tapped with nitrogen from English and Irish pubs. These beers are characterized by their creaminess and thick, full head. Hard Pour is saturated with Nitrogen and to get it loose in your glass you have to follow certain instructions: 1. Cool your look2. Shake your gaze short and hard3. Open your beer and pour it as hard as you can4. Enjoy Hard Pour with a creamy head!
