We don't like waste and that's why we decided to brew a zero waste beer. The hops and yeast from previous brews create an IPA with a refined taste that is super drinkable.

ABV

6.0%

Alcohol by volume

ABV is the alcohol percentage of beer. ABV stands for 'Alcohol By Volume' expressed as a percentage.

EBC

6

European Brewery Convention

EBC is the color of beer. EBC stands for European Brewers Convention. The scale ranges from yellow (10) to red (25) to black (>70).

IBU

55

International Bitterness Unit

IBU is the bitterness of beer. Dutch pilsner is approximately 15-20 IBU, while a West Coast IPA can quickly reach 60 IBU. IBU is always in proportion to the alcohol percentage of the beer, so a heavy beer with high IBU can still taste sweet because the maltiness overpowers the bitterness.

The story

Comeback Kid

During the brewing process, we often have beautiful raw materials left over. For example, yeast in our tanks is getting more and more, and not all the flavor is gone from the hops when it leaves the tank. With this beer we have looked for ways to give these raw materials a second life. And that does not stop with brewing, we have also prevented waste on the filling line.

Due to the introduction of a deposit, we could no longer use part of our stock of printed cans. To save them from the old iron heap, we label over these cans.
