Sour Surfer
A kettle sour is a fresh sour beer that is soured before cooking. Sour Surfer is such a kettle sour to which we have added a large fruit basket after the acidification in the boiling kettle and fermentation. Up to a third of this beer is fruit and for that we have made a mix of Raspberry, Banana and Mango.Skip the juice bar this week and opt for the fruity and tangy flavors of this Sour Surfer!
