The first Brut IPA from our tanks is called Zero Gravity. The name of the beer comes from its extremely dry taste that results in a density of exactly zero! Brut IPA’s are brewed by using extra amylase, an enzyme that continuously breaks down complex sugars so the yeast can keep using this while in the tanks. Dry as champaign but tight as a west coast IPA!
