This collaboration brew with Gulpener is truly one of a kind as we used a lager yeast and than kept it at a steamy 18 degrees. This brew style is called California Steam and gives the beer a fresh, full taste with hints of lime and citrus. The perfect beer when the sun is shining and you don't have to do anything but lay back and enjoy.
